We found April on the HAR site, and it was the best thing we did. We had talked to several other realtors, however when we spoke with April, she took the time with us to understand what we were looking for in a house, the area we wanted, and our budget. Since we were out of town, she took it upon herself to check out houses we found on the web, and let us know if they would be worth our time to look at. Believe me, this really helped, as pictures are not always what they seem to be. We have recommended her to several of our friends, and will continue to do so. As far as we are concerned, she is the best.

We first met April in May 2007 when our family was trying to relocate to Katy from South Louisiana. We knew nothing about the area and even less about the neighborhoods and schools. April spent several days taking us around the city and showing us numerous houses. She was very informative and also honest with us. She was very laid back and fun to be with during our tiring search for a new house. With her help, we were finally able to purchase our new home. April was extremely helpful during the entire process and was also with us during closing to help answer any last minute questions we had. We have been in our new home for a year now and we love it! It was a month ago that I signed at the closing of my new house. It’s because of April being dedicated to her job as a top notch realtor that I am able to enjoy living in my new house. I was running out of time to find a house when I was given Aprils’ name and number. I called her and she said she would be able to work with my son on finding the right house in the right neighborhood in a short amount of time. She worked with him after he would get off his full time job. It was still daylight so they could see the whole picture at each location. I had my son do this because he knew what subdivisions we would live in, what I was looking for inside the house and what his dad needed to get around in his wheelchair. I had no daylight time to go house hunting myself. That is why I was so pleased with April for working all those evenings with my son. I am so grateful to April for her hard work with my lender. Every time they called me for something I would call her and she already had it faxed to them. April thank you so much your hard work and for the house warming gift.
